Pins and Saved Views
Bookmark records, save and share table filter sets, jump back to recent filters, and keep table headers in view.
Small features that remove most of the repetitive clicking in Qope.
Pins
A pin is a bookmark on a single record.
- Click Pin on a provider, facility or ACO record page. The button switches to Unpin; click it again to remove the pin.
- Your three most recent pins appear on Home in the Radar & pinned card.
- When you have pins on the Providers, Facilities or ACO Networks table, a pin icon with a count appears at the right end of that table's toolbar. It opens your pins for that table, newest first.
- In Directory view of Providers and ACO Networks, pinned rows are marked Pinned next to their ID.
- Pins are stored on your account, so they follow you between devices.
Pins are private. On Teams you can show one to your teammates: open Team intel on the record and turn on Show my pin on this record to the team. Shared pins appear on the team Hub -- see Team Hub.
Use pins for the handful of accounts you keep returning to. Use lead lists for anything you are actively working, and Radar for anything you need to hear about when it changes.
Saved views
Every database table has a Save view button (the bookmark icon) in its toolbar. The same button sits at the bottom of the Filters panel. When the toolbar is narrow, only the icon shows.
- Filter and sort the table, click Save view, and save the current state under a name of up to 40 characters. Qope suggests a name from your first active filter value; edit it as you like.
- Open restores the filters, the sort field and the sort direction. Rows per page stay as they are.
- If the current filters and sort already match a saved view, the dialog says Current view is already saved as that view, so you do not create duplicates. The matching view is tagged Active.
- With no filters applied there is nothing to save, and the dialog says so.
States, specialties and drugs are not stored in a view. Those three come from your cohort scope, which applies on every page that supports them, so a view only carries the filters a cohort cannot express, plus the sort. If the only thing you have filtered is a state, a specialty or a drug, the dialog suggests saving it as a cohort instead -- see Cohorts. Older views that stored those values still open; the values are dropped and come from your cohort instead.
Saved views are stored on your account, so they follow you across devices.
Sharing a view (Teams)
On the Teams plan, the share switch next to each of your saved views shares it with your team. Teammates see shared views under From your team in the same dialog, with the owner's name, and on the team Hub. They can open a shared view but cannot change or delete it.
Recent filters
The Recent section of the same dialog keeps the last 8 filter combinations you used on that table, recorded about a second and a half after you stop changing filters. Use it to step back to where you were before you drilled somewhere else.
Recent filters are kept in this browser only. They do not follow you to another device and are never shared.
Saved and recent entries can each be removed with the trash icon.
Freeze header
At the right end of every database table's toolbar, the Freeze header toggle keeps the column titles pinned under the top bar while you scroll down the page. It is on by default, remembered in this browser, and shown on wider screens. Tables elsewhere in Qope pin their header automatically.
Next to it, the keyboard icon lists the table's keyboard shortcuts.
