Pins and Saved Views

Bookmark records, save and reuse filter sets, and resume recent browsing.

Three small features that remove most of the repetitive clicking in Qope.

Pins

A pin is a bookmark on a single record.

  • Click Pin on any record page, or the pin control on a table row.
  • Pinned records appear on Home in the pinned and recent card, and at the top of the table they came from.
  • Pins are stored on your account, so they follow you between devices.
  • Unpin from the same control.

Use pins for the handful of accounts, drugs or facilities you keep returning to. Use lead lists for anything you are actively working.

Saved filters

Every registry table has a Saved filters control in the header.

  • Filter and sort the table, open the dialog, and save the current state under a name. Qope suggests a name derived from your active filters, which you can edit (up to 40 characters).
  • Applying a saved filter restores the filters, the sort field and the sort direction.
  • If your current filters exactly match a saved set, the dialog shows that set as matched, so you do not create duplicates.

States, specialties and drugs are not stored in a view. Those three live in your cohort scope, which applies on every page that supports them, so a view only carries the filters a cohort cannot express plus the sort. If the only thing you have filtered is a state or a specialty, save it as a cohort instead. Views saved before this split keep working; their state, specialty and drug values are dropped on open and come from your cohort instead.

Saved filters are stored on your account, so they follow you across devices. They are personal and are not shared with teammates.

Recent filters

The same dialog keeps the last 8 filter states you used on that table, recorded automatically about a second and a half after you stop changing filters. Recents are useful for stepping back to where you were before you drilled somewhere else.

Both saved and recent entries can be removed individually.

Recent browsing

Separately from the per-table recents, Qope records which tables you browsed and with how many filters applied. That feed powers the recent entries on Home, so you can resume a table you were working on yesterday. This is stored on your account.

  • Cohorts are the account-level scope that owns states, specialties and drugs across the whole app. See Map.
  • Lead lists are the account-level, shareable equivalent. See Lead Lists.
