Profile and Security
Your name and email, password, connected accounts, sessions, email preferences, theme and defaults.
Open Settings -- from the account menu in the top right.
Sign-in methods
Qope supports:
- Email and password
- Google sign-in
Magic links are disabled.
If your organisation requires a specific sign-in method, use it consistently -- signing in with Google and with a password using the same address creates one account only when identity linking is enabled.
Profile
- Name -- shown to teammates on shared lead lists and in member lists.
- Profile picture -- optional.
- Email address -- changing it requires verification at the new address.
Password
Update your password from settings. You will be asked for verification. If you signed up with Google and have never set a password, use the password-reset flow to create one.
Connected accounts
Where identity linking is enabled, you can link and unlink OAuth identities so one Qope account can be reached through more than one sign-in method.
Sessions
Qope enforces a single active session per account. Signing in on a new device or browser signs out the previous one, and the displaced session shows a notice explaining why.
If you are being signed out unexpectedly, the usual cause is the same account in use on another machine.
Email preferences
Two toggles, both on by default:
Instant radar alerts. Sent when a watched drug hits a time-sensitive signal: first generic or biosimilar competition, an active FDA shortage, a Class I recall, protection expiring, or a cliff date moving by more than 90 days. Checked twice a day and confirmed on two consecutive scans before sending, so a transient upstream blip does not email you.
Weekly radar digest. A Monday summary of everything else that moved on your watched drugs, makers, markets and counties.
Transactional email -- verification, password reset, invitations -- is always sent.
Theme
Light and dark are both fully supported. Switch from settings or from the account menu. The choice is remembered per device.
Default page size
Set your preferred table page size (25, 50 or 100) so every table opens the way you want it.
Account deletion
Where enabled, account deletion is available from settings. It is permanent: your lead lists, Radar watchlists and pins are removed. Cancel your subscription first if you have one.
