Lead Lists

Build, share and work pipelines of providers, facilities and ACO networks with statuses, notes and follow-ups.

Open Lead Lists -- in the sidebar under Workspace.

A lead list is a working pipeline, not a bookmark folder. Each entry carries a status, notes and an optional follow-up date, and lists can be shared with your team.

Creating a list

There are three ways.

From a table filter

Filter a supported table, then click Save as list in the page header. Qope creates a list from the current result set, recording the filters used so you can see how it was built.

Supported source tables:

  • Providers
  • Prov Summary
  • Prov Drugs
  • Facilities
  • ACO Networks

Provider-summary and provider-drug records resolve to the underlying provider record, so a list built from any of the three prescriber tables holds provider entries.

From records

On any record page, click Add to list. Pick an existing list or create one inline.

Empty

On the Leads page, create an empty list and add to it later.

Statuses

Every item has one of five statuses:

StatusColourMeaning
OpenBlueNot yet touched
ContactedVioletOutreach sent
WorkingAmberActive conversation
WonEmeraldClosed successfully
LostGreyClosed unsuccessfully

Status counts appear on the list card so you can read pipeline shape at a glance.

Notes and follow-ups

  • Notes are free text per item.
  • Follow-up date is optional. An item whose follow-up date has passed and whose status is not Won or Lost counts as overdue.

Overdue items surface in three places: the list card, the Home leads panel, and the Radar page.

Bulk operations

Select several items and:

  • Change status on all of them
  • Remove them
  • Copy them into another list

Refresh and enrichment

Refresh re-fetches the underlying records so names, locations and identifiers stay current, and pulls enrichment fields for provider entries. Refresh processes up to 120 items per run, and counts against your credit allowance.

Enriched provider leads are capped at 60 items per list for the enriched view.

Sharing

Toggle a list to and every member of your team account can see and edit it. Teammates receive an email notification when a list is shared with them, and when items are added to a shared list. Email notifications respect the preferences in your account settings.

shared

Ownership is shown on every list, and each item records who added it.

Ordering

Lists can be reordered by drag. Order is per user.

Limits and gotchas

  • List creation and refresh both consume credits. If you hit your monthly allowance the action returns a limit error rather than a partial list.
  • A list built from filters is a snapshot of the records matching at the time you saved it. It does not auto-update as new records appear. Refresh updates the records you already have; it does not add newly matching ones.
  • Deleting a list is permanent and removes its items.
