Record Pages

The detail views for providers, facilities and ACO networks, tab by tab.

Three datasets have full record pages: Providers, Facilities and ACO Networks. Reach them from the Profile button in the table, from search results, or from a link in an intelligence view.

Every record page uses the same shape: an identity header, then tabs. Tabs appear only when the underlying data exists.

Provider record

Open one from the blue Profile button on any row of the Providers table.

The most complete record page in Qope. It joins NPPES registry data with three CMS Medicare files and several access datasets.

TabContents
OverviewIdentity, NPI, entity type, credentials, primary practice address, enumeration and update dates, headline Medicare figures
TaxonomyEvery taxonomy code held, with primary flag, licence numbers and licence states
ProceduresMedicare Part B services by HCPCS code: volume, beneficiaries, submitted charges, allowed amounts and payments
PrescriptionsMedicare Part D prescribing by drug: claims, 30-day fills, day supply, cost and beneficiaries
ConditionsChronic-condition prevalence across the provider's Medicare panel
FinancialsCharge, allowed and payment aggregates, with markup ratios
Rx AnalyticsBrand versus generic mix, cost per beneficiary, opioid and antibiotic shares, compared against peers
SimilarLook-alike providers by specialty, geography and practice profile
OpportunitiesScored openings: generic-switch candidates, under-penetrated therapies, cost outliers
Market SignalsShortages and recalls affecting drugs this provider prescribes
Patent CliffBrands in this provider's prescribing mix that lose protection soon
AccessSpatial join of the practice location to HPSA shortage areas, county, and MUA underserved areas
ContactMailing and practice addresses, phone and fax as registered in NPPES

Actions in the header: pin, add to lead list, and export.

About the Access tab

The Access tab geocodes the practice address, resolves it to a county, then looks up HPSA and MUA designations for that geography. It tells you whether this provider sits inside a designated shortage or underserved area, which matters for 340B, NHSC and value-based programmes. The same join is reused on facility records.

Facility record

Open one from the Profile button on any row of the Facilities table.

TabContents
OverviewFacility identity, type, ownership, bed count, certification date, emergency services, address
Market PositionHow this facility compares to others in its state and category on size and capability
SimilarComparable facilities
ChainOther facilities under the same chain or ownership group
Care EcosystemProviders, laboratories and health centers around the facility
ACO CoverageAccountable Care Organizations operating in the facility's geography

ACO Network record

Open one from the Profile button on any row of the ACO Networks table.

TabContents
OverviewProgramme, track, start year, participating providers, assigned beneficiaries
MarketsCounties and states served
PositionWhere this ACO sits against the national distribution
EfficiencyBenchmark expenditures, per-capita expenditure, generated and earned savings or losses
Peer RankingRanked against ACOs in the same programme and track
Similar ACOsComparable networks by size and geography
Cohort LeadersThe best performers in this ACO's cohort

Datasets without record pages

Most registry tables have no detail page because the row is already the complete record. Where a row references an entity that does have a page -- a drug name, a provider NPI, a facility ID -- the value is rendered as a blue link into that page.

Returning to your table

Opening a record from a filtered table stores where you came from, so the back action returns you to the same filters, sort and page rather than to an unfiltered table.
