Open Providers -- CMS NPPES NPI registry.
Individual and organisational healthcare providers with taxonomy, licence and enumeration detail. The spine of everything provider-related in Qope.
Key filters: entity type, gender, primary specialty, subspecialty, specialty group, licence state, sole proprietor, organisation subpart, state, country, enumeration date, last updated. Defaults to individuals.
Has a record page. Supports the map layer and therapy lens. Supports market watches and compare mode.
Prov Summary -- premium
Open Prov Summary -- CMS Medicare Part D Prescribers by Provider.
Per-NPI Part D prescribing summary: claims, brand and generic cost, low-income subsidy, beneficiary counts, chronic-condition prevalence and risk scores. This is the file most Insights questions run against.
Key filters: state, specialty, entity type, Medicare participating.
Prov Services -- premium
Open Prov Services -- CMS Physician and Other Practitioners by Provider and Service.
Per-NPI, per-HCPCS Part B utilisation, charges and payments.
Key filters: state, specialty, drug indicator, place of service, beneficiaries, services, submitted charge, allowed amount, Medicare payment, standardised payment.

Per-NPI, per-drug Part D claims, day supply and cost. Powers the Ask-by-Drug questions in Insights and the demand side of Drug Profile.

Medicare-certified hospitals, skilled nursing facilities and other facilities with ownership, beds and certification detail.
Key filters: provider type, state, city, county, ZIP, ownership, chain, beds, emergency services, certification date.

Laboratories -- premium
Open Laboratories -- CMS CLIA database.
CLIA-certified clinical laboratories with certificate type, accreditation and testing capacity.
Key filters: facility type, state, urban/rural, ownership type, accreditation, participation year, certificate type, certification action, testing capacity.
ACO Networks -- premium
Medicare Shared Savings Program ACOs with annual financial and quality performance.
Key filters: programme, track, start year, provider count, quality score, savings rate, generated and earned savings or losses, benchmark expenditures, per-capita expenditure, assigned and total beneficiaries, counties served.
Certified Health IT
Certified EHR and health-IT products with developer, certification edition, status, surveillance history and certifying body.
Key filters: certification edition, certification status, certifying body, practice type, self-developer, vendor state, certification and decertification dates, surveillance and direct-review non-conformity counts.
NHSC Sites
National Health Service Corps sites: safety-net clinics with type, address, county and congressional district.

Health Centers
FQHC and look-alike service delivery sites with type, setting, status, operator and grantee organisation detail. The base dataset for Safety-Net Intelligence.

EHR Linkage
Open EHR Linkage -- HealthIT.gov hospital promoting-interoperability CHPL linkage.
Hospitals meeting promoting-interoperability criteria matched to their certified EHR product and developer. One row per facility plus module, not per facility. The criteria flag uses Y, not YES.
Key filters: state, meets PI criteria, EHR developer, year, start and end dates.

Shortage Areas (HPSA)
Primary care, dental and mental health shortage designations with HPSA score, FTE shortage and population detail.
Key filters: discipline, designation type, status, degree of shortage, population type, provider type, metro indicator, rural status, component type, state, border proximity, HPSA score, FTE shortage, designation and resident populations, served and underserved populations, percent below poverty, designation and update dates.
Underserved Areas (MUA)
Designations with IMU score, poverty, elderly share, infant mortality and provider ratios.
Key filters: designation type and code, status, break in designation, population type, metro description, component type, state, HHS region, rural status, border proximity, IMU score, designation and resident populations, providers per 1000, percent below poverty, percent aged 65+, infant mortality rate, designation and withdrawal dates.
Drugs -- Approval
FDA Approvals
Every approved drug application and product with submission history, marketing status and review priority.
Key filters: application type, dosage form, marketing status, submission type and status, review priority, reference drug, reference standard, submission dates.
Orange Book
Approved small-molecule drug products with therapeutic equivalence codes, patent expirations and exclusivity dates. The foundation of Patent Cliff and of contestability scoring.
Key filters: application type, trade name, drug type, applicant, ingredient, dosage form, route, TE code, RLD, RS, approval year and date, patent expiry year, exclusivity year and date.
Note: trade_name is an exact-match filter that resolves a brand to its molecule.
Purple Book
Licensed biological products including biosimilars and interchangeables, with reference products and exclusivity expirations. Biologics follow the 12-year BPCIA regime, not ANDA generics.
Key filters: licence type, dosage form, route, marketing status, licensure, submission type, center, approval and first-licensure dates.

NDC Directory
Every marketed drug product with NDC, labeler, dosage form, route and DEA schedule.
Key filters: generic name (search), brand name (search), product type, original packager, dosage form, route, marketing category, DEA schedule, finished flag, marketing start and end dates, listing expiry.
FDA Labels
Brand and generic drug labels including indications, contraindications, warnings and adverse reactions.
Key filters: product type, route, manufacturer, effective dates.
Substances
Every unique ingredient with UNII and CAS, EC, RxCUI, NCIt and INN identifiers.
Key filters: substance class, status.
Drug Manufacturers
FDA-registered drug manufacturers and repackagers operating in the US, with FEI numbers and registered operations.
Key filters: operations, country.
Drug Pricing (NADAC)
Per-NDC pharmacy acquisition pricing with unit, OTC status and corresponding generic cost. Powers the pricing tab in Drug Profile and price signals in Radar.
Key filters: NDC (search), description (search), pricing unit, OTC, rate classification, pharmacy type, explanation code, NADAC per unit, generic NADAC per unit, effective and as-of dates.
Medicaid Rebate Drugs
Per-NDC labeler, drug category and type, COD status, and approval, market, termination and reactivation dates. Powers the quiet market exit early warning in Shortages.
Key filters: drug category, drug type, unit type, COD status, clotting factor, pediatric, line extension, report year and quarter, FDA approval, market, termination and reactivation dates.

Supports the map layer. Caveat: roughly 82 percent of rows carry no openFDA annotation block, so a name-based filter looks exhaustive but misses most rows. See Data Caveats.

Current and resolved shortages with reason, therapeutic category and availability detail. A live snapshot, not a history.
Key filters: status, shortage type, product type, dosage form, route, therapeutic category, revised and initial posting dates.

Genetic Variants
Genetic variants with clinical significance, review status, gene, phenotype and genomic location.

MeSH Terms
The controlled vocabulary for indexing biomedical literature, with hierarchy, synonyms and pharmacological actions.

Clinical Trials
Trials
NIH ClinicalTrials.gov. Interventional and observational studies with status, phase, sponsor class and FDA-regulation flags. Currently not surfaced in the sidebar.
Key filters: overall status, study type, phase, primary purpose, allocation, intervention model, masking, sex, age group, healthy volunteers, org class, has results, FDA drug and device flags.
