Plans

Yearly billing is two months free on Regular and Pro.

What each plan includes

Regular

• Core datasets (regulatory, trials, providers, drugs)
• 10,000 credits per month
• 100 CSV exports per month
• Web Explorer interface
• Email support, 48-hour response
• Single-user licence

Pro

• All datasets, core and premium
• Interactive map with state-level market analytics
• 250,000 credits per month
• Unlimited CSV exports
• Bulk search and advanced filtering
• Priority email support, 24-hour response
• Single-user licence

Teams

• Everything in Pro
• 1,000,000 credits per month
• 5 user licences included, up to 15 total
• Team dashboard, member management and team settings
• Dedicated Slack channel support
• Assigned account manager
• Priority feature requests

Trials

Regular and Pro monthly and yearly plans include a 2-day trial. During a trial your account resolves to Pro-level access, so you can evaluate premium datasets and the Map before committing.

Discount codes

Regular, Pro and Teams all accept a discount code at checkout.

Upgrading and downgrading

• Upgrades take effect immediately. Premium datasets, the Map and the higher allowance unlock as soon as payment succeeds.
• Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep your current access until then.

Invoices and payment method

Manage both from the billing page. Invoices are issued per billing period and are available to download.

Cancellation

Cancel from the billing page. Access continues to the end of the paid period, after which your account resolves to no active plan.

Your data is not deleted. Lead lists, Radar watchlists and pins are preserved, and become accessible again if you resubscribe.
