Plans and Access
What Regular, Pro and Teams unlock, how locked features behave, and what happens during a trial.
Qope has three plans. Everything in the product is gated by the plan attached to your account.

Every new account starts with a 14-day trial of Pro, no card required. It begins the first time you open the app after signing up. Teams has no trial. The notification bell reminds you when a trial ends within three days.
Premium datasets
These tables require Pro or Teams:
- Facilities, Laboratories and ACO Networks (the Organizations group)
- Prov Summary, Prov Services and Prov Drugs (the People group)
Everything else in the Databases section is available on any paid plan. Record pages from a premium table, such as a facility or ACO record, are locked the same way.

Every other page in the sidebar -- Radar, Lead Lists, Compare, Drug Profile, Patent Cliff, Shortages Tracker, Territory Brief, Insights, Cohorts, Safety-Net Intel and EHR Intelligence -- opens on any paid plan.
Features gated inside pages
Some pages open on every plan but keep a few features for higher plans:
- Radar -- Regular watches up to 3 items of each kind, Pro and Teams up to 25. Prescriber lists on watched drugs, email alerts, the weekly digest and the read-only client link for a watch list need Pro or Teams. Sharing a watch list with your team needs Teams. Radar changes reach the notification bell on every plan. See Radar and Radar Lists and Sharing.
- Lead lists -- saving rows from a premium table as a lead list, from the table or from Insights, needs Pro or Teams.
- Watching a table view -- a view of a premium table can be watched on Pro or Teams.
- Cohorts and saved views -- Regular saves 1 cohort, Pro 10, Teams 25. Sharing a cohort or a saved view with your team needs Teams.
- Team features -- record notes and claims shared with teammates, and territory assignments, need Teams. They come together in the Team Hub.
How locking behaves
Qope never shows a broken page for something you cannot access.
- In the sidebar, a locked item shows a padlock. Clicking it opens a Subscription Required dialog naming the plans that include it, with a View Plans button that opens Billing. A table group whose tables are all locked is greyed out with a padlock.
- On a locked page, you get a panel naming the plans that include it -- for example "Map is a Pro feature" -- with an Upgrade to Pro button on Regular, not an error.
- In search results, a result your plan does not include carries a Pro or Teams tag.
- On Home, premium tables in the What's in QOPE cards carry a padlock.
- Inside a page, a gated panel such as prescriber lists on Radar shows a short note naming the plans that include it.
No active plan
If your account has no active subscription (cancelled, expired, or never started), opening an app page takes you to the pricing section of the website instead. Billing and Settings stay open so you can subscribe or manage your account. Lead lists and Radar watches you already created are kept.
Usage metering
Every page that reads live data counts one credit against your monthly allowance before it renders. That includes intelligence views, table pages and record pages. Exports are counted separately from credits. The Credits meter at the bottom of the sidebar shows where you stand, and the allowance resets at the start of each billing period, shown on the Usage page.
Reaching the limit does not cancel anything. Data pages show a usage limit screen with an Upgrade Plan button until the period rolls over or you upgrade. See Usage and Limits.
Changing plan
Open Billing from the profile menu at the bottom of the sidebar. An upgrade takes effect immediately: your payment method is charged at once and unused time on your current plan is prorated. Premium datasets, the Map, NPI Match and the higher allowance unlock as soon as the upgrade goes through. See Plans and Billing.
Subscriptions attach to your personal account, not to a team account, even when the plan is Teams. If you own a Teams subscription, your members inherit access through team membership.
