Reference data
State population figures used for per-capita map views and the lead-list population index are U.S. Census Bureau population estimates for July 1, 2025 (Vintage 2025), stored as static reference values rather than a live census feed.
Release timing
Qope does not publish a refresh schedule. Each publisher decides when new data appears, and each table shows the date Qope last loaded it (see Freshness). A few timings matter when you read a figure:
- NADAC is a weekly pricing file.
- The Medicaid Drug Rebate Program drug list is quarterly.
- The Medicare Part B and Part D provider files are annual. Prescriber and service figures describe a completed reporting year (currently 2024), not the current month.
- The FDA shortage list is a live list: it shows shortages as they stand now, and resolved ones drop off.
