Team Hub
The Teams overview page: shared library, record intel, team radar, seats, territory and team activity.
Open Hub -- in the sidebar under Team. Requires a Teams plan.
The Hub is one page for the whole team: what has been shared, what teammates know about records, who watches what, who covers which states, and what needs chasing. It is titled with your team's name. If you hold a Teams plan but have not created a team yet, it shows Create Your Team instead. See Teams and Members.
Opening the Hub does not use credits.
The sidebar badge
A count on Hub in the sidebar shows what is new for you since your last Hub visit:
- notes teammates wrote on records
- records teammates claimed
- states someone else assigned to you
If you have never opened the Hub, it counts the last 14 days. The badge clears when you open the Hub.
Header
Under the team name: the owner, the number of seats and how many teammates were active in the last 14 days. Two buttons sit on the right:
- Invite -- opens the members section of Team Settings
- Manage team -- opens Team Settings
The stat strip
| Tile | Shows |
|---|---|
| Seats used | Members against the maximum of 15, and how many are open |
| Shared objects | Shared lead lists, cohorts, saved views and pins |
| Shared watches | Radar watches shared with the team, and how many are still private |
| States covered | States in at least one member's territory, out of 50, and how many seats have states |
| Needs attention | The count of items in the Needs attention panel |
Shared library
Everything teammates have shared, in four tabs: Lists, Cohorts, Views and Pins. Each row shows who shared it and when it last changed. Six rows show at first; Show all opens the rest.
Each empty tab says how to share that kind of item:
- Lists -- open a lead list and turn on Shared with team
- Cohorts -- share one from the Cohorts page
- Views -- save a view on any table, then flip its team switch
- Pins -- pin a record, then share the pin from its Team intel panel
Record intel
Appears once anyone on the team has written a note or claimed a record. Two tabs:
- Notes -- the latest team notes, with the record, the author and how long ago
- Owned -- records claimed by a teammate, so nobody works the same record twice
Notes and claims are made on record pages with the Team intel button: Claim a record to own it, Release it to hand it back, and Add note to leave something the whole team will see. See Record Pages.
Team radar
Your own Radar watches, plus teammates' watches that are shared or assigned to you.
- Filter with All, Assigned to me, Shared and Mine, and narrow by kind: Drug, Maker, Market, County or View.
- Columns: Watch, Kind, Owner, Assignee, Signal and Shared.
- On your own watches you can pick an assignee from the team and turn Shared on or off. Assigning a watch to someone also shares it.
Open radar goes to your Radar. To share a whole Radar list rather than single watches, see Radar Lists and Sharing.
Seats and territory
One row per member with their territory: the states assigned to them. Each state links to its Territory Brief, and Top providers opens the Prov Summary table for those states, ranked by Medicare Part B payments (CMS 2024 data). Territory Brief opens on your first assigned state when you open it without picking one.
The team owner sees more, and the panel is titled Seats, territory, usage:
- Assign states or Edit on a row opens a state picker for that member
- Credits and Exports each member has used since the start of the calendar month (UTC). This can differ from the Usage page, which counts over the billing period.
- Last active, highlighted when a member has been idle for more than 30 days, or Never
- Can export -- turn exports off or on for a seat. The owner always keeps export access.
The footer shows how many seats are open and how many states nobody covers.
Needs attention
Up to three prompts, each with a link:
| Prompt | Link |
|---|---|
| A seat has not been active for more than 30 days (shown to the owner) | Review members |
| Shared watches have no assignee | Assign |
| States sit outside anyone's territory | Split territory |
When there is nothing to chase, the panel says so.
Activity
What the team did in the last 14 days, grouped by day: tables browsed, records opened and exports run, each with who did it and a link back.
When the member list does not load
The Hub says so in a notice, and seat counts, the owner and assignees show as unavailable rather than empty. Reload to retry.
