Inside QOPE

Four views built for prescriber targeting

Each one joins CMS files that normally sit in separate downloads, and every ranked list saves as a lead list.

01 / DRUG DEMAND

The top prescribers of any drug, one search away

Type a brand or molecule. The Demand tab shows its Medicare Part D drug cost, claims and patients, the top prescribers by drug cost, and the split by state and by specialty.

03 / SWITCH TARGETS

Know who to call the day a brand goes generic

The Patent Cliff Targets view ranks prescribers whose Part D volume sits in brands about to open, weighted by how soon and how empty the generic field is. Index 100 is the strongest target.

  • The expiring brands each prescriber writes, exported to CSV
  • Top Part D prescribers on the patent cliff calendar
  • Each prescriber's brand spend losing protection, on their own page

04 / RADAR

Watch a drug, see who prescribes it

Add a drug to Radar and open its top Part D prescribers by state, then save them as a lead list. Radar also tells you when that drug gets a first generic, a shortage or a recall.

Every number traces back to its CMS file

QOPE reads the CMS Medicare Part D and Part B provider files for data year 2024, the CMS NPI Registry and CMS Open Payments. Each table shows its source and the date it was last refreshed.

Questions

Common questions

Where does the prescriber data come from?+

From the CMS Medicare Part D Prescribers by Provider and Drug and by Provider files, the Medicare Physician and Other Practitioners files, data year 2024, joined to the CMS NPI Registry and CMS Open Payments.

Does it cover every payer?+

No. Prescribing comes from Medicare Part D and Part B, data year 2024, so it covers Medicare patients, not commercial or Medicaid prescriptions.

Why are some small counts missing?+

CMS hides counts below 11 patients to protect privacy, so very small prescriber and drug lines show no patient count.

Do you include phone numbers and emails?+

Phone numbers, yes: the practice address and phone published in the NPI Registry. Email addresses, no.

Is there a trial?+

Yes. Regular and Pro start with a 14-day trial. Sign up yourself, no sales call needed.
