How is QOPE different from other healthcare data vendors?
QOPE focuses on breadth of connected public reference data with transparent lineage — every dataset names the public source behind it and shows when that source file was last refreshed. It is priced for teams that need depth without a six-figure commitment, and delivered through search, API, and bulk export rather than a closed portal.
Where does the data come from?
All data is sourced from public registries: FDA (drugs, devices, adverse events), CMS (providers, HCPCS, ACOs), NPPES (the NPI registry), OpenFDA, and other authoritative sources. QOPE structures, standardizes, and cross-links the records — we do not create or infer data.
How often is the data refreshed?
Refresh cadence varies by source: some registries update weekly, while drug and prescription data refresh monthly. Every dataset shows the date its source file was last refreshed, so you always know how current a record is.
Can I integrate QOPE with my existing warehouse?
Yes. There are three delivery paths: search in the browser, versioned API endpoints with stable schemas, and bulk exports (CSV / JSON). Pro and Teams plans include the volume needed to integrate into Snowflake, Databricks, or internal pipelines.
Does QOPE process PHI or patient data?
No. QOPE is a reference data platform — it only aggregates publicly available, de-identified information. It does not process protected health information, patient records, or clinical data.
Is there a free trial?
Regular and Pro include a full-access trial — no credit card required. Teams plans are walked through with our team on a live workflow against your target use case.
What does the Teams plan include beyond more seats?
A shared team dashboard, a dedicated Slack channel, an assigned account manager, priority feature requests, and 1,000,000 credits per month. Five seats are included, with additional seats available up to a total of 15, and changes prorate to your billing cycle.
How does billing work?
