00Overview
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the QOPE website and platform available at https://qope.org(the "Platform").
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Platform.

You may use the Platform only if:
- You are legally capable of entering into binding agreements; and

04Accounts, Access, and Security

- Interfere with Platform operations or introduce malicious code;
- Use the Platform in violation of applicable laws or regulations.
All rights not expressly granted are reserved by QOPE.
06Intellectual Property and Ownership
The Platform, including its structure, layout, interfaces, software, compilation, and aggregation methods, is owned by or licensed to QOPE and protected by intellectual property laws.
Publicly available source data remains the property of its respective owners. No ownership rights or licenses are granted to you except as expressly set out in these Terms.
