Saved Views
Any search in the Explorer can be saved as a View:
- Run your search with filters applied
- Click "Save View"
- Name it and optionally add to your sidebar
Views remember everything — filters, sort order, selected columns, and display preferences.
Shared Views
Share Views with your team (Full Access plans):
- Generate a shareable link
- Views update in real-time as underlying data changes
- Great for standing reports and dashboards
Custom Alerts
Turn any View into an alert:
- New matches — Get notified when new entities match your criteria
- Status changes — Track when trials move to new phases or statuses
- Threshold alerts — Trigger when counts exceed a threshold
Alert Channels
Receive alerts via:
- Email (instant or daily digest)
- Webhook (for integration with Slack, Teams, or custom systems)
- In-app notifications
