The new Data Quality dashboard shows real-time metrics for every dataset:
- Completeness — Percentage of records with all key fields populated
- Freshness — Time since last source sync
- Accuracy — Validation pass rate against known reference data
- Linkage — Percentage of records connected to related entities
Coverage Maps
Visual maps showing where our data is strong and where gaps remain:
- Geographic coverage by country and region
- Therapeutic area coverage for trials
- Specialty coverage for providers
Known Issues
We now publish a list of known data quality issues we're actively working to resolve. Each issue includes:
- Description of the problem
- Affected records or entity types
- Expected resolution timeline
- Workarounds if available
Improvement Changelog
Every month, we publish what we fixed:
- Records corrected
- Gaps filled
- New linkages established
- Sources added or improved
